“Try it” Terms and Conditions
Please read the information below carefully and ask questions if anything is not clear or you would like more information before you decide to take part. You may like to discuss it with others but it is up to you to decide whether or not to take part. If you are happy to participate you will be asked to sign a consent form.
What is the Try-it Offer?
The purpose of the “Try it” offer is for you to experience our dynamic postural management method using pressure sensitive air cells, and to help you decide whether this product is right for your support and seating needs. Please note you are under no obligation to purchase the product at the end of the 10-days period, but please do contact us at hello@aergohealth.com to arrange the product sample to be collected and returned to us.
All pick-up and delivery services are complimentary, and there are no hidden costs to this scheme. However, if you do not return the product to us within 14 days from the end of the Try-it period, or contact us in this regard, we reserve the right to bill you the full amount (RRP £1250 excluding VAT).
When does the 10-days period start and end?
The 10-days period will commence from the date the Aerseat sample has been received according to the courier’s tracking details.
What is a Class I Medical Device?
The “Try-it” period will involve using Aerseat, a postural support overlay attached to existing wheelchair seating systems to provide enhanced postural support using Aergo Health’s patented air cell technology. It is classified as a Class I medical device by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Class I devices, such as elastic bandages, gloves and support cushions, should not present an unreasonable risk of illness or injury.
What are the potential risks and side-effects?
Aerseat is the first frameless dynamic postural support system and there may be potential adverse events or side-effects that are currently unknown. The documented Hazard Analysis for CE mark certification outlines the following potential risks:
- Reduced comfort
- Local skin irritation/contusion
- Laceration/Musculoskeletal injury Minor risk
- Tingling/electric shock Minor risk
The Aerseat has not been clinically trialled to prevent or treat pressure sores and as such we cannot make any such claims. If you are susceptible to pressure injuries then we recommend that you should not use the Aerseat but if you do choose to participate in the trial you do so at your own risk, and you acknowledge you are aware and fully understand these risks.

What data will be collected?
We will collect contact information (names, phones, emails, home address) and medical information to assess whether the Aerseat would be suitable for managing your condition. All personal data will be kept privately in the password-locked Aergo G-Suite business account.
Do I have to pay to participate?
No, it is a free-of-charge offer for you to experience our seating.
What happens if I change my mind?
You have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the trial offer anytime during the 10-days period with no financial penalty
Should you have a positive experience and wish to proceed with a purchase, please be aware we are unable to allow you to keep the trial sample which will need to be returned as per these terms and conditions. Any purchases will be for our latest production models.
