Aergo PS Seat

  • No, the lateral supports will not interfere with the users ability to self propel.

  • All the PS frame adjustments can easily be done using the supplied M6 Allen key.

  • Each PS is supplied with a universal interface plate that is bolted onto the wheelbase.

  • Yes, our universal interface plate has quick release lock pins that secure the PS in place but can be easily released to transfer the PS. For more information on interfacing, please visit our “Compatible Wheelchair Page” for more information.

  • Each PS is supplied with a set of lateral and thigh supports appropriate to the size of the system. The fixings are common across all sizes so the supports can be interchanged.

  • Yes, it is crash test approved (ISO 16840-4 PASS) and can be attached to a wide range of powered and manual wheelbases. Aergo’s authorised representative or technical support team will assess and secure your PS to your wheelbase for you.

  • You can find a list of recommended wheelbases here.

  • The PS app will alert you when the battery is running low (below 5%). If the battery does run out of charge completely, the PS will default to the clinician preset settings and lock the inflation levels to keep the user supported.

  • In the unlikely event that an air cell is punctured, we offer easy replacement kits, simply get in touch with your supplier or our technical support team.

  • The battery will last 8 hours from a full charge. We recommend leaving your PS to charge over night for next day use.

  • The outer cover is machine washable and the inner cover is fully water resistant and antimicrobial. The electronics are protected with a waterproof enclosure.

Using the Aergo PS App

  • Apple devices:

    iPhone Requires iOS 11.0 or later.

    iPad Requires iPadOS 11.0 or later.

    iPod touch Requires iOS 11.0 or later.

    Android devices:

    4.3 and up

  • You can download the Aergo PS App from Apple App Store and Google Play Store, simply search for Aergo PS Console. If the Aergo PS user is under 12, please ensure a guardian is present to support the registration process.

  • The PS will maintain the inflation levels you’ve originally set up to ensure you continue to be supported.

Compatible Accessories

  • Yes, the PS frame has many attachment points using a universal attachment mechanism. Please get in touch for a recommended list of accessories that are great for the PS.

  • The Aergo PS is compatible with a wide range of headrests and pommels using the attachment holes on the reverse of the PS Frame.

  • Yes, our universal attachment mechanism means you can attach 3rd party swing away laterals to the PS. Please get in touch for a recommended list of accessories.

Clinician Web Portal

  • Clinicians, please access the following url -

    Follow the web instructions to create a secured clinician account.

    This will enable remote access to the Aergo PS for setting up postural support levels for your clients.

    Only certified clinician can register a clinician account with Aergo Health.

  • You can register a new client by entering their email or ask them to send you an invite.

Terms of Use

  • Aergo Health Ltd. as a manufacturer with sole responsibility declares that Aergo PS is a CE class 1 medical device, it conforms to the requirements of the 93/42/EEC Guidelines and EN12182 Technical aids for disabled persons, general requirements and test methods.

  • The warranty only applies when the device is used according to manufacturer’s instructions.

    It covers any defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing, if such defects are revealed within the period of 12 months since the date of purchase.
